We collect your name, email address, and phone number (optional) when you purchase a CV optimisation. We also process the content of the CV you upload in order to provide our service.

How We Store Your CV Data

We do not store your uploaded CV file permanently. Your CV content is processed in real-time for analysis and rewriting. The optimised CV text is stored securely so you can re-download it from your dashboard, but the original uploaded file is not retained after processing.

How We Use Your Email

Your email address is used to deliver your completed CV and to provide transactional communications related to your order. We may occasionally send service-related updates, which you can opt out of at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with trusted service providers (such as our payment processor Paystack and email delivery provider) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
