Refund Policy

Summary: All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Refunds are only granted within 7 working days in the event of a proven technical failure that our team cannot resolve.
Why Sales Are Final
Our service involves immediate AI processing costs at the point of purchase. When you pay, your CV is processed, rewritten, and delivered as a digital document. Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the AI output.
When a Refund May Be Granted
A refund will be considered within 7 working days of your purchase if you can demonstrate one of the following:
- Your CV was not delivered to your email and is not available in your dashboard
- There was a persistent technical failure that our support team could not resolve
- You were charged but no order was created or processed
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@curriculumvitaeco.co.za with the following information:
- 1Your full name and email address used at checkout
- 2Your Paystack payment reference number
- 3A clear description of the issue you experienced
Processing Time
We will acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 working days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Paystack.
